Cookies and tracking

This website’s code does not set cookies, use advertising pixels or include third-party analytics. Photos and other website assets are served from this website. There are no embedded maps, videos or social media feeds.

Quote requests

The quote form prepares a request for you to review, copy or open as a text message on your device. It does not submit the form details to a website database. Details entered may include your name, vehicle information, pickup and destination, preferred timing and notes. The request is sent to us only when you send it through your messaging app. Your mobile provider or messaging service processes that message under its own terms.

Information you send to us is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the requested service. Please provide only the information needed for your towing request.

Hosting and technical information

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose errors. This is separate from advertising tracking. This policy does not describe cookies used on Hostinger’s own customer portal.

Phone and text links open your device’s calling or messaging application. Any external services you choose to use have their own privacy practices.
