Tell us the make and model, whether you have the keys, and whether the vehicle can roll and steer. Mention a flat tyre, locked wheels, a low car or restricted access so we can assess the pickup.
Share an accurate address or nearby landmark and your chosen drop-off location. If you are on a busy road, tell us about the access conditions when you call.
From pickup to your destination
We can discuss transport to a workshop, your home or another agreed location. If your mechanic is receiving the car, check their opening hours and where it can be delivered.
